CAS Objective

There is a disturbing trend that has been taking place in the employer based healthcare system.  Not only have premiums been consistently going up, but the practice of discounting benefits to compensate for these increases in cost have become the status quo in the current marketplace.  The goal of CAS is to combat this practice by finding better solutions for employers whether it’s in the self-funded market or the fully insured marketplace.

CAS is a full service TPA (Third Party Administrator); we specialize in protected self-funded healthcare plans.   Flexibility, control, and cost-effectiveness afforded by self-funding enables employers to take charge of how their health care dollars are spent.

However, operating in this environment for the last decade CAS also realizes that not every employer group is a good fit for protected self-funding.  That is why CAS offers an array of fully insured products for employers ranging from 5 to 500 employees. 

Our main objective at CAS is to offer optimal solutions for our clients and their employees.   Slowing the trend of premium increases, maintaining quality employee benefits, and creating surpluses for employers are all objectives that CAS can and does accomplish through protected self-funded and our array of fully insured products.
