Meet Our Executive Team

Debbie Harrington, President

With more than thirty years of experience in corporate benefit consulting, after operating as an independent agent for more than 20 years she came to realize the great value in protected self-funded plans, as well as the importance of customer service in the employee benefit industry and decided to start her own successful TPA. As president of CAS, Debbie has focused on providing creative alternative solutions to clients throughout the NW enabling business to control the rising cost in health care, while providing superior customer service that our clients require.

Jason Barth, Vice-President

Jason joined CAS in 2001 after he graduated from Washington State University. In some fashion or another Jason has operated in all the capacities that CAS has to offer, which is why his main objective is the efficient operations of CAS. He oversees all departments and implements new programs and strategies to keep CAS ahead of the curve.

Kasha Ozog, Vice-President Sales

Kasha joined CAS with a proven track record in sales and marketing. Previously, Kasha had been in sales for eight years and her main focus at CAS is sales and client relations. Kasha oversees our sales and marketing division out of our Seattle location. While overseeing the sales and marketing department she is instrumental in implementing new products and services, such as our new corporate wellness programs.

Alex Ohls, Director of Operations

Alex, a graduate of Western Washington University, has been with CAS since 2004. As Claims Department Manager and an Account Executive, Alex focuses on reinsurance claims filings; client relations, client education, and working with benefit vendors. Client relations are an extremely important component in CAS's strategy to provide the best possible service to our clients and Alex plays a major role in this capacity.

Shannon Maier, Business Development Coordinator

Shannon has been with the CAS team since 2002. Shannon is the customer service extraordinaire! Shannon oversees several departments which include; Eligibility, overseeing member enrollment and eligibility. Premium Billing, she works directly with all CAS clients in regards to premium payment and accounting. COBRA Specialist, administering and maintaining all COBRA members. As well as providing superior customer service Shannon oversees the back-bone of CAS operations in regards to client operations.
